DIAGNOSIS OF FUTURE TEACHERS' READINESS TO RESOLVE CONFLICTS USING MEDIATION TECHNOLOGIES

Russian. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific literature, the article defines the components of future teachers' readiness to resolve conflicts using mediation technologies, and selects diagnostic tools to evaluate each component. To study the motivational component, the questionnaire "What is mediation?" (personal development); the emotional and volitional component - methods "Social Self-Control Test" by M. Snyder (adaptation by N.V. Amiaga), test on the acceptance of others (test by V. The behavioral component - the technique "Diagnostics of predisposition to conflict behavior" by K. Thomas (N.V. Grishina's adaptation); the orientation component - the technique of an estimation of communicative and organizational inclinations (V.A. Sinyavsky, B.A. Fedorishin) were used. As a result of the study, it was concluded that not all students are ready to use mediative techniques to resolve conflicts. Future teachers who show very low overall results on the identified components draw attention. It is for this category of students we have developed a program aimed at forming the components of future teachers' readiness to resolve conflicts arising in professional activity using mediative technologies.
