Investment needs in the milk industry

The paper focuses on the analysis of the situation in the milk industry from the production and economic point of view with the impact on the competitiveness of food products on the domestic and foreign markets, including the quantification of financing needs for investment activity in the 2025 horizon. Potential sources of financing for investment activities include subsidies from the Rural Development Program and the Operational Program Research and Innovation (both for 2014-2020), the amount of which in the milk industry is comparing with other food industries.
