Obtaining high quality products with parallel production of black and green tea.

The issue of obtaining high-quality products from tea leaves is considered and it is shown that in the process of processing there is a gradual decrease in useful substances existing in the feedstock. Based on a theoretical analysis of the process of reducing useful substances in the production of black and green teas using appropriate technologies, their parallel production is proposed in such a way that during periods of maximum content of useful elements in the raw materials of a given production area, black tea is produced, and during periods of a decrease in their content, it is switched to green tea production.
