Production of deficient and nutrient-rich foods is one of the actual problems in human nutrition. The use of selection methods for the growth of quantitative and qualitative of egg production is the best way to solve the aforesaid problem. It will make a significant contribution to food security, economic sustainability and especiallyin improving the difficult socio-economic situation of small farms involved in the poultry sector, especially in the context made due to the global pandemic. The challenges of food security and the characteristics of modern animal husbandry development have set new tasks for zootechnical science. Ref. 3
