In the article, the author examines the fruit coloration of the late winter apple varieties ‘Sinap Orlovskij’, ‘Zarja Alatau’ and ‘Trebū seklaudža’ under the influence of soil moisture, sunlight and nitrogen doses, as well as the degradation of chlorophyll in the fruits, their taste changes and the spread of diseases during storage. Also provides advice on obtaining a good apple harvest and maintaining quality.
