Цыгане в постсоветском Крыму: вопросы миграции и интеграции | Gypsies in the post-Soviet Crimea: migration and integration

Russian. На протяжении всего времени существования института государства маргинальные группы были проблемой для его эффективного функционирования и развития. Одной из самых распространенных и многочисленных маргинальных групп в мире является целый этнос – цыгане. Они много столетий живут рядом с другими народами, но остаются оторванными от государства и развития общественных институтов. Впрочем, благодаря глобализации и эмансипации самих цыган ситуация постепенно меняется. Социальная стигматизация и дискриминация цыган в некоторых странах еще отделяет их от процессов в обществе, но существуют примеры и успешной социализации (например, на постсоветском пространстве). Рассмотрено современное положение цыган на Крымском полуострове, дается анализ причин их социальной изолированности и поиск особенностей взаимодействия с обществом. Отдельно раскрыта тема современных миграционных трендов цыган в регионе, проанализированы факторы расселения, а также особенности социально-экономической интеграции цыганского населения в крымское общество. Цыгане Крыма окончательно отказались от кочевого образа жизни в 1950-1960 гг., осели в городах и сельской местности. Цыгане выбирают для оседания поседения с низким уровнем административного контроля и функциями транспортного узла. Миграция цыган в сельские районы постепенно уменьшается, но это не тормозит численный рост сельского цыганского населения из-за высокого уровня рождаемости и повышения продолжительности жизни.

English. Throughout the history of the state, marginal groups have been a challenge for its effective functioning and development. One of the most widespread and numerous marginal groups in the world is an ethnic group of Gypsies. For many centuries, they live with other peoples but remain cut off from the state and its social institutions. However, under globalization and the Gypsy emancipation, the situation is changing. In some countries, social stigmatization and discrimination of the Gypsies still exclude them from social processes, but there are cases of their successful social integration (for example, in post-Soviet countries). There is considered the current situation of the Gypsies on the Crimean Peninsula, there is given the reasons for their social isolation, and search for the features of their interaction with the society. The theme of modern migration trends of Gypsies in the region has been disclosed, factors of their resettlement and features of their social-economic integration into the Crimean society have been analyzed. The Gypsies of the Crimea finally abandoned the nomadic lifestyle in the 1950s and 1960s, settled in cities and rural areas. Gypsies choose settlements with a low level of administrative control and transport hub functions for settling. The migration of Gypsies to rural areas is gradually decreasing, but this does not slow down the numerical growth of the rural Gypsy population due to the high birth rate and increased life expectancy.
