Parameters and modes of cleaning wheat seeds from wild out on the vibropneumoseparator with advanced deck | Параметры и режимы очистки семян пшеницы от овсюга на вибропневмосепараторе с усовершенствованной декой

Опыты проведены в Пермском государственном аграрно-технологическом университете на экспериментальной установке для исследования процесса разделения компонентов под действием вибрации и воздушного потока. В опытах использовали семена пшеницы урожая 2021 г. Средние значения характеристик семян и примесей составляли: влажность – 13,8%, натура – 804 г/дм3, относительное содержание овсюга – 100 шт./кг с натурой 424 г/дм3. Цель опытов – определение параметров и режимов работы вибропневмосепаратора с усовершенствованной декой. Для достижения цели поставлен двухфакторный эксперимент по трехуровнему плану. В процессе опытов изменяли режим работы усовершенствованной деки с направителем и угол ее установки. Частоту вибрации деки изменяли путем управления двигателя частотным регулятором в пределах 420-480 об./мин. Скорость наклонного воздушного потока регулировали заслонкой входного окна вентилятора, а контролировали анемометром в пределах 1,0-1,1 м/c. Оценками работы машины служили: выход семян с повышенной натурой – тяжелая фракция, степень выделения овсюга из тяжелой фракции, степень выделения овсюга из промежуточной фракции и потери семян в отходы. Опыты проведены при среднем значении удельной нагрузки на деку 1,5 кг/с*м2. При удельной нагрузке 1,5 кг/с*м2 на деку вибропневмосепаратора с поперечным углом её наклона, равным 0 градусов, при амплитуде колебаний 15 мм, при очистке семян пшеницы от овсюга, при средних значениях потерь низконатурных семян основной культуры, не превышающих 12%, рекомендуются следующие рациональные настроечные параметры: частота вибраций деки, наклоненной в продольном направлении по углом 3 градуса – 420…450 об./мин при скорости воздушного потока над декой 1,0-1,1 м/с.

The experiments were carried out at the Perm State Agro-Technological University on a test bench for studying the process of component separation under the influence of vibration and air flow. In the experiments, wheat seeds harvested in 2021 were used. The average values of the characteristics of seeds and impurities were the following: wheat seed moisture content is 13.8%, grain bulk density is 804 g/dm3; relative content of wild oat seeds of bulk density 424 g/dm3 is 100 pcs/kg. The purpose of the experiments was to determine the parameters and modes of operation of the vibro-pneumoseparator with an improved deck. To achieve the goal, a two-factor experiment was set up according to a three-level plan. During the experiments, the mode of operation of the improved guide deck with the angle of its installation was changed. The vibration frequency of the deck was changed by controlling the engine with a frequency controller in the range of 420-480 rpm. The speed of the sloping air flow was regulated by a shutter of the fan inlet window, and controlled by an anemometer within 1.0–1.1 m/s. The indices to estimate machine operation were the followings: the yield of seeds with increased bulk density, or heavy fraction, the degree of separation of wild oats from the heavy fraction, the degree of separation of wild oats from the intermediate fraction and the loss of seeds to waste. The experiments were carried out at an average value of the specific load on the deck of 1.5 kg/s*m2. With a specific load of 1.5 kg/s*m2 on the deck of a vibro-pneumatic separator with a transverse angle of its inclination equal to 0 deg., with an amplitude of 15 mm, when cleaning wheat seeds from wild oats, with average losses of low-grade seeds of the main crop not exceeding 12%, the following rational tuning parameters are recommended: the vibration frequency of the deck inclined longitudinally at an angle of 3 deg. have to be 420-450 rpm at an air flow velocity above the deck of 1.0-1.1 m/s.
