Assessment of production volumes of the main types of agricultural products for 2022 | Оценка объемов производства основных видов сельскохозяйственной продукции на 2022 год

English. There are given the results of calculating the forecast of production volumes of the main types of agricultural products of Russia for 2022 based on the methodology used by the All-Russian Research Institute of Agricultural Economics. The forecast includes the main types of agricultural products, which make up over 80% of gross agricultural output in value terms. Along with weather conditions and factors, the forecast of the yield and gross harvest of the main crops (cereals, sunflowers, sugar beets) took into account the influence of agro technical factors: the state of winter crops, the dynamics of fall-plowing, the application of mineral fertilizers, the presence of tractors and combine harvesters. The volume of production in livestock production is based on the dynamics of the number of livestock and productivity over the previous years, the availability of feed reserves, feed supply for the current year. The forecast includes the current trends in the material and technical base of agriculture. It is assumed that there will be no significant changes in agricultural engineering in 2022. The volume of production of grain and other crops (sunflower, sugar beets, potatoes, and vegetables) was estimated for 3 scenarios depending on the implementation of random conditions: favorable, normal, unfavorable ones. When determining the degree of opportuneness of the year for other crops, the classification was based on the yield of cereal crops, which largely determine the level of production in the agricultural sector of the country. According to our estimates, in 2022 it should be expected with a 77% probability that the weather conditions of the year will be normal, grain production will be about 119 million tons, favorable conditions are expected with a probability of 14% that will result in the yield over 133 million tons, unfavorable conditions (probability of 9%) will provide only 82 million tons.

Приведены результаты расчета прогноза объемов производства основных видов продукции сельского хозяйства России на 2022 г. на основе применяемой Всероссийским НИИ экономики сельского хозяйства методики. В прогноз включены основные виды продукции сельского хозяйства, составляющие свыше 80% валовой продукции сельского хозяйства в стоимостном выражении. Наряду с погодными условиями и факторами, в прогнозе урожайности и валовых сборов основных с.-х. культур (зерновые, подсолнечник, сахарная свекла) учитывалось влияние агротехнических факторов: состояние посевов озимых культур, динамика вспашки зяби, внесение минеральных удобрений, наличие тракторов и зерноуборочных комбайнов. Прогнозируемые объемы производства в животноводстве основаны на динамике численности поголовья и продуктивности за предшествующие годы, наличии запасов кормов, кормовой базы на текущий год. В прогноз заложены сложившиеся в настоящее время тенденции изменения материально-технической базы сельского хозяйства. Предполагается, что существенных изменений в агротехнике в 2022 г. не произойдет. Оценка объемов производства зерновых и прочих культур (подсолнечник, сахарная свекла, картофель, овощи) выполнена для 3 сценариев в зависимости от реализации случайных условий: благоприятного, среднего, неблагоприятного исходов. При определении степени благоприятности года для прочих культур в основу классификации была положена урожайность зерновых культур, определяющих в значительной мере в целом уровень производства в аграрном секторе страны. По нашим оценкам, в 2022 г. следует ожидать реализацию среднего по погодным условиям года с объемами производства зерна около 119 млн тонн (вероятность наступления 77%), благоприятного – свыше 133 млн тонн (14%), неблагоприятного – 82 млн тонн (9%).
