Результаты применения известняка в кормлении промышленного стада кур | Results of using limestone in nutrition of commercial flock of hens

English. Mineral nutrition is of great importance in the organization of adequate nutrition of hens of a commercial flock. Particular attention is paid to the content of calcium and phosphorus. One of the natural sources of minerals and especially calcium is limestone. The research goal is to identify the most optimal content of the fraction with a grinding size of 2-5 mm in limestone for poultry of a commercial flock. The research targets were Dekalb White cross hens of a commercial flock. 2 groups were formed; in the 1st group, limestone was added of 2-5 mm (optimal grinding size), and this fraction accounted for of 55.4%; and in the 2nd group it was 67.8%. At the beginning of the experiment, the weight of experimental eggs in the groups was at the level of 60.5-60.6 g. By the end of the experiment, it increased to 62.6-62.8 g. The thickness of the shell at the end of the experiment in the 2nd group was by 2.02% greater than in the 1st control group (p not less than 0.95). The diet supplementation with experimental limestone in the 2nd group contributed to increased intensity of egg production and shell thickness, by 1.4 and 2.02%, respectively. In addition, in the trial group, the number of off-grade eggs decreased by 0.84%, which led to the economic effect in the amount of 567 rub per thousand heads.

Russian. При организации полноценного кормления кур промышленного стада большое значение придается их минеральному питанию. При этом содержанию кальция и фосфора уделяется особое внимание. Одним из природных источников минеральных веществ и особенно кальция является известняк. Цель работы – выявить наиболее оптимальное содержание фракции, с уровнем измельчения 2-5 мм, в известняке для птицы, находящейся в цехе промышленного стада. Объектом исследования были куры цеха промышленного стада кросса "Декалб белый". Были сформированы 2 группы, где 1-й группе вводили известняк, фракция 2-5 мм (оптимальное измельчение) занимала удельный вес 55,4%, а во 2-й группе – 67,8%. На начало опыта масса подопытных яиц в группах находилась на уровне 60,5-60,6 г. К концу опыта она увеличилась до 62,6-62,8 г. Толщина скорлупы в конце эксперимента во 2-й группе на 2,02% больше, чем в 1-1 контрольной группе (p не менее 0,95). Введение в рацион 2-й группы опытного известняка способствовало повышению интенсивности яйценоскости и толщины скорлупы, соответственно, на 1,4 и 2,02%. Кроме этого, в опытной группе количество некондиционных яиц снизилось на 0,84%, что привело к получению эффекта от 1000 гол. в размере 567 руб.
