The article analyzes official statistical information on the state of the cereals and leguminous crops market in the country, the structure of grain production by farm categories, indicators of gross output and grain yields in recent years. Trends in changes in grain crops are analyzed based on the analysis of the structure of sown areas by types of agricultural crops. The innovations of recent months are related to the introduction of the federal state information system - FSIS "Grain", which is a timely solution for the system of state administration and regulation of the grain market and its products for production and consumption under foreign sanctions. The significance of the functioning of a digital system for analysis, tracking the grain movement chain: field - consumer, improving the quality characteristics of grain crops, monitoring the grain market and monitoring data to adjust the food strategy has been proved and justified.
