Russian. В начале 2022 г. российская экономика столкнулась с широкомасштабным политическим давлением со стороны западных государств. Следствием явилось значительное сокращение внешнеторговых операций, усложнение торговых и производственных цепочек. В особенно сложном положении оказались отрасли и направления, ориентированные на экспорт, либо зависимые от импорта оборудования и комплектующих. Не исключением оказался и отечественный агропромышленный комплекс, зависимый как от поставок по импорту ряда видов оборудования, семенного материала, химикатов, так и во многом нацеленный на экспорт готовой продукции (зерновые, подсолнечник, растительные масла). Оценивается степень влияния санкций на российскую пищевую промышленность и сельское хозяйство, а также предлагаются пути решения проблем, вызванных антироссийской санкционной политикой. Нашли применение такие методы научного познания, как анализ, синтез, табличный и графический методы. Из основных результатов исследования можно отметить оценку импортной составляющей на основных стадиях работы агропромышленного комплекса, а также оценку возможного влияния сокращения экспорта сельхозпродукции на товаропроизводителей. Проведено статистическое исследование проблематики развития отечественного агропромышленного комплекса в условиях санкций. Оценена зависимость от импорта ряда товаров, имеющих критическое значение для отечественного сельского хозяйства и пищевой промышленности: машин и оборудования, семенного фонда, средств защиты растений, удобрений. Рассмотрен экспорт с.-х. продуктов для определения степени возможного отрицательного влияния ограничения зарубежных рынков для сбыта отечественных с.-х. компаний. Это связано с тем, что кризис перепроизводства может повлечь за собой риск возрастания потерь сельхозпродукции и убытков для товаропроизводителей из-за падения цен ниже себестоимости производства.

English. In early 2022, the Russian economy faced widespread political pressure from the Western states. The result was a significant reduction in foreign trade operations, the complication of trade and production chains. In a particularly difficult situation there were industries and areas that are export-oriented or dependent on imports of equipment and components. The domestic agro-industrial complex turned out to be no exception, depending both on the import supply of a number of types of equipment, seeds, chemicals, and in many respects aimed at the export of finished products (cereals, sunflower, vegetable oils). There is assessed the degree of sanction impact on the Russian food industry and agriculture. It also suggests ways to solve the problems caused by the anti-Russian sanctions policy. Such methods of scientific knowledge as analysis, synthesis, tabular and graphical methods have been used. From the main results of the study, the assessment of the import component at the main stages of the agro-industrial complex, as well as an assessment of a possible impact of a reduction in agricultural exports on commodity producers can be noted. A statistical study of the problems of the development of the domestic agro-industrial complex under the conditions of sanctions has been carried out. The dependence on imports of a number of goods of critical importance for domestic agriculture and the food industry was assessed: machinery and equipment, seed stock, plant protection products, fertilizers. The export of agricultural products is also considered to determine the extent of the possible negative impact of limiting foreign markets for the sale of domestic agricultural companies. This is due to the fact that the crisis of overproduction may entail the risk of increased losses of agricultural products and losses for producers due to falling prices below the prime cost of production.
