Parameters' determination of technological machines for the development of a system for the automatic creation of ventilated sugar beet piles | Обоснование параметров технологических машин для автоматического формирования вентилируемых кагатов сахарной свеклы

The use of active ventilation technology to sugar beet piles allows reducing the loss of beet pulp by up to 5%, increasing the duration of a sugar factory operation by 9-22%, and reducing sugar production cost by 2-4.5%. The installation of ventilation branches is carried out directly during the formation of sugar beet piles. It is limited by the time for installation work, since it is necessary to install from 6 to 12 branches in one shift. The size unification of passage section of ventilation branch makes it possible to increase the productivity of installation work and prevent work stoppages of the sugar beet pilers during the formation of sugar beet piles. According to the results of analytical and theoretical studies, dependencies have been identified for determining the design parameters of ventilation branches, taking into account the technical characteristics of shoulder-laying machines and heavy-duty vehicles with a trailer, as well as the physical and mechanical properties of sugar beet root crops. Taking into account the height and length of the field clamp, the distance between the ventilation branches, the number of ventilation branches and the length of one ventilation branch are determined. With a length of 120 meters and an optimal height of 6 meters, the number of ventilation branches is 16 pcs, the distance between them is 6 meters, and the length of the ventilation branch is 26 meters. With the maximum permissible air velocity of the main air ducts at 11 m/s and the ventilation intensity of 40 m3/hour per 1 ton of sugar beet roots, the air consumption for one ventilation branch is determined to be equal to 22400 m3/hour. Taking into account the air speed and air flow, the following characteristics are determined: the area of the duct is 0.5026 m2, the area of one air outlet is 0.005 m2, the number of air outlets is 150 pcs. The obtained parameters will serve as the basis for the development of a system for the automatic formation of ventilated sugar beet piles.

Применение технологии активного вентилирования кагатов позволяет снизить потери свекломассы до 5%, увеличить продолжительность работы сахарного завода на 9-22% и снизить себестоимость сахара на 2-4,5%. Установка вентиляционных ветвей осуществляется непосредственно при формировании кагата и ограничена сроками выполнения монтажных работ, так как за одну смену необходимо установить от 6 до 12 ветвей. Унификация размера проходного сечения вентиляционной ветви позволяет повысить производительность монтажных работ и предотвратить остановки работы буртоукладочных машин при формировании кагатов. По результатам аналитических и теоретических исследований выявлены зависимости для определения конструктивных параметров вентиляционных ветвей с учетом технических характеристик буртоукладочных машин и большегрузных автомобилей с прицепом, а также физико-механических свойств корнеплодов сахарной свеклы. С учетом высоты и длины кагата определены расстояние между вентиляционными ветвями, количество вентиляционных ветвей и длина одной вентиляционной ветви. При длине кагата 120 м и оптимальной высоте кагата 6 м количество вентиляционных ветвей составляет 16 шт., расстояние между ними - 6 м, длина вентиляционной ветви - 26 м. При максимально допустимой скорости воздуха магистральных воздуховодов в 11 м/с и интенсивности вентилирования 40 м3/час на 1 тонну корнеплодов сахарной свеклы, определен расход воздуха для одной вентиляционной ветви, равный 22400 м3/час. С учетом скорости и расхода воздуха определены площадь воздуховода (0,5026 м2), площадь одного воздуховыпускного отверстия (0,005 м2), количество воздуховыпускных отверстий (150 шт.). Полученные параметры послужат основой для разработки системы автоматического формирования вентилируемых кагатов.
