Влияние природно-климатических условий на деградацию пестицидов при защите винограда от болезней и вредителей | The influence of weather-climatic conditions on the degradation of pesticides in the grape protection from diseases and pests

The aim of this investigation was to study the influence of weather conditions (air temperature, air humidity) on the degradation dynamics of various pesticides applied to control grape diseases and pests. The work was carried out in 2019 and 2020 in the following regions: Temryuksky district of the Krasnodar region, Salsky district of the Rostov region, and Bakhchisaraysky district of the Republic of Crimea. The experimental plots area was 5 bushes, arranged by blocks. Samples of berries were taken separately from each plot according to the variants; an average sample was prepared from them (one per variant). Analysis of samples for the content of residual amounts of boscalid, fenpyroximate and two pyrethroids, active ingredients of fungicide, acaricide and insecticides, in berries and grape juice was carried out using gas-liquid and high-performance liquid chromatography according to guidelines approved by Rospotrebnadzor. In Krasnodar region, the boscalid decomposition in grape in 2020 was two times faster than in 2019. Hot weather with insufficient humidity accelerated the decomposition of boscalid in the grape in the Krasnodar region compared to the Rostov region. Degradation of fenpyroximate occurred 10 days faster in the Republic of Crimea, in contrast to the Krasnodar region, due to the higher humidity during the observation period, at practically the same average monthly temperatures. The high air temperature and low humidity in the Krasnodar region contributed to an increase in the rate of pyrethroid degradation. Thus, it is necessary to take into account the peculiarities of the natural and climatic conditions of a particular region of crop cultivation to choose a plant protection system to control diseases and pests.

Исследования проводили с целью изучения влияния погодных условий (температура, влажность) на динамику разложения различных видов пестицидов, применяемых для контроля болезней и вредителей винограда. Работу выполняли в 2019 и 2020 гг. в Темрюкском районе Краснодарского края, Сальском районе Ростовской области и Бахчисарайском районе Республики Крым. Пробы ягод отбирали отдельно с каждой делянки (5 кустов) по вариантам, из них готовили средний образец (по одному на вариант). Анализ образцов на содержание остаточных количеств боскалида, фенпироксимата и двух пиретроидов (действующих веществ соответственно фунгицида, акарицида и инсектицидов), в ягодах и соке винограда проводили с использованием газожидкостной и высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии по методическим указаниям, утвержденным Роспотребнадзором. В условиях Краснодарского края разложение боскалида в 2020 г.происходило в 2 раза быстрее, чем в 2019 г. Жаркая погода с недостаточной влажностью ускоряла этот процесс в Краснодарском крае в 2 раза, по сравнению с Ростовской областью. Деградация фенпироксимата в Республике Крым происходила на 10 дней быстрее, чем в Краснодарском крае, благодаря более высокой влажности в период наблюдений, при практически одинаковых среднемесячных температурах. Высокая температура и низкая влажность в Краснодарском крае способствовали также и увеличению скорости деградации пиретроидов в среднем на 10 дней. Изложенные факты можно использовать для выбора схемы защиты винограда от болезней и вредителей, при разработке которой необходимо учитывать особенности природно-климатических условий конкретного региона возделывания культуры.
