Production of eggs and poultry meat on farm and allotments | Производство яиц и мяса птицы в фермерских и приусадебных хозяйствах

Poultry bred in the conditions close to natural ones using natural feeds produces environmentally friendly (organic) products (eggs and meat) having much higher palatability traits than those one kept under intensive conditions. The purpose of the study is to analyze the production of eggs and poultry meat in peasant (farm) households (PFH) and the population allotments in the Russian Federation and to develop technological methods to produce environmentally friendly poultry products. During the research, economic, statistical and zootechnical research methods were used. Despite the fact that the share of PFH and allotments in the total production of eggs and poultry meat is not very large, they produce socially significant environmentally safe products. Market trends show a constant increase in demand for poultry meat, and marketers predict that this trend will be kept for the next few years. At the same time, it is very important to implement cooperation between PFH and allotments. Entire interconnected clusters are successfully operating abroad to provide any services, depending on the type of consumer's activity. At the same time, the consumers can be agricultural producers and they are involved in many production and financial structures, such as cooperatives. Such a circular interdependence, real and effective self-government opens a wide field of activity in increasing the efficiency of production, as well as in PFH and allotments of the population the sale of products. For the purchase of surplus products in the, it is necessary to restore the procurement organizations (procurement offices), which have proven themselves well in the Soviet period. It is also necessary to pay special attention to strengthening the financial condition of enterprises in the agricultural sector and poultry farming, in particular. After all, only by achieving a sustainable growth in agricultural production in Russia, it will be possible to ensure the long-term food security of the country.

Птица, разводимая в условиях, приближенных к естественным, и использующая естественные корма, дает экологически чистую (органическую) продукцию (яйца и мясо) с гораздо более высокими вкусовыми качествами, чем та, которую содержат при интенсивных условиях. Цель исследования - анализ производства яиц и мяса птицы в крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйствах (К(Ф)Х) и хозяйствах населения Российской Федерации и разработка технологических приемов производства экологически безопасной птицеводческой продукции. При проведении исследований были использованы экономико-статистические и зоотехнические методы исследований. Несмотря на то, что доля К(Ф)Х и хозяйств населения в общем объеме производства яиц и мяса птицы не слишком большая, они производят социально значимую экологически безопасную продукцию. Рыночные тенденции показывают постоянное увеличение спроса на мясо птицы, и по прогнозам маркетологов, этот тренд сохранится на ближайшие несколько лет. При этом очень важно осуществить кооперацию К(Ф)Х и хозяйств населения. За рубежом успешно работают целые взаимосвязанные кластеры по оказанию любых услуг в зависимости от рода деятельности потребителя. В то же время и сами потребители-сельхозпроизводители входят во многие производственные и финансовые структуры – кооперативы. Такая круговая взаимозависимость, реальное и эффективное самоуправление открывает широкое поле деятельности в повышении эффективности производства, а также в реализации продукции. Для закупки излишков продукции в К(Ф)Х и хозяйствах населения необходимо восстановить заготовительные организации (заготконторы), хорошо зарекомендовавшие себя в советский период. Также необходимо обратить особое внимание на укрепление финансового состояния предприятий аграрного сектора и птицеводства, в частности. Ведь только добившись устойчивого роста производства с.-х. продукции в России, можно будет обеспечить долгосрочную продовольственную безопасность страны.
