Russian. This article presents the results of the study of the effectiveness of two complex treatment regimens for dogs with the generalized form of demodicosis using different insecticidal and immunomodulatory drugs. As a result of the studies, the high effectiveness of both treatment regimens has been proved. A single application of Bravecto™ reduced the number of ticks in skin scrapings by 99.8% by day 30 and by 100% by days 60 and 90. The number of ticks in dogs treated topically three times at 28-day intervals with Advokat® decreased by 98.0% by day 30, by 98.5% by day 60, and by 99.7% by day 90. By day 60 and 90, the number of ticks detected in dogs treated with Bravecto™ was statistically significantly lower than in those treated with Advokat®.
