Modern research in the organization of the process of bragorectification in the production of alcohol from food raw materials | Современные тенденции при организации процесса брагоректификации при производстве спирта из пищевого сырья

Описано принципиальное устройство, отмечены недостатки и преимущества брагоректификационных установок (БРУ), применяемых в современных технологических линиях при производстве спирта из пищевого сырья. Для снижения себестоимости продукции, выпускаемой спиртовыми заводами, необходимо увеличивать производственную мощность предприятия, снижать потребление энергоресурсов на единицу выпускаемой продукции и внедрять современные автоматизированные системы управления (АСУ). В настоящее время большинство спиртовых заводов оснащены атмосферными БРУ косвенного действия. Их преимуществами являются высокое качество производимого ректификованного спирта и высокий выход товарной продукции, а недостатками - недостаточно высокая (ниже 6000 дал/сут) производительность операционных колонн (ОК), входящих в состав БРУ. Повышение производительности БРУ путем увеличения числа ОК в их составе приведет к увеличению эксплуатационных затрат. Поэтому для повышения производительности БРУ отечественные ОК следует заменять современными импортными ОК с большим межтарельчатым расстоянием, обеспечивающим больший съем продукции с единицы поперечной площади ОК, что повысит производительность БРУ в несколько раз при тех же диаметрах ОК. Разработаны энергосберегающие технологии в целях сокращения количества греющего пара и охлаждающей воды при работе атмосферных БРУ косвенного действия. Для их реализации ОК должны находится под разным энергетическим потенциалом: часть ОК под избыточным давлением, часть – под атмосферным, часть – под вакуумом. Для бесперебойной работы БРУ по энергосберегающей схеме требуются современные АСУ технологическими процессами. Сделан вывод, что использование современного оборудования (т.е. ОК), энергосберегающих схем работы БРУ и контроль за технологическими процессами со стороны АСУ позволит существенно повысить экономическую эффективность работы спиртовых заводов.

The basic structure of wash rectification units (WRU) used in modern technological lines intended for alcohol production from food raw materials is described; the disadvantages and advantages such constructions are noted. To reduce the cost of products manufactured by distilleries, it is necessary to increase the production capacity of an enterprise, to reduce energy consumption per output unit and to introduce modern automated control systems (ACS). Currently, most distilleries are equipped with indirect atmospheric WRU. Their advantages are the high quality of the rectified alcohol produced and the high yield of marketable products, and the disadvantages are the insufficiently high (below 6000 dal/day) performance of the operating columns (OC) that are a part of the WRU. Increasing the productivity of WRU by increasing the number of OC in their composition will lead to an increase in operating costs. Therefore, in order to increase the productivity of the WRU, domestic OC should be replaced with modern imported OC with a large inter-disk distance, providing a greater removal of products from a unit of transverse area of OC, which will increase the productivity of the WRU several times with the same diameters of OC. Energy-saving technologies have been developed in order to reduce the amount of heating steam and cooling water during the operation of indirect atmospheric WRU. To implement them, the OC must be under different energy potential: a part of the OC is under excessive pressure, a part is under atmospheric pressure, a part is under vacuum. Modern ACSs of technological processes are required for uninterrupted operation of the WRU according to an energy-saving scheme. It is concluded that the use of modern equipment (i.e. OC), energy-saving schemes of WRU operation and control of technological processes by the ACS will significantly increase the economic efficiency of distilleries' production activity.
