Экологическое состояние лугово-черноземной почвы при возделывании ячменя в условиях южной лесостепи Западной Сибири | Biological activity and ecological state of meadow-chernozem soil during the cultivation of barley in the southwest of Western Siberia

Russian. Исследования проводились в многолетнем стационарном плодосменном севообороте Омского аграрного научного центра, заложенном в южной лесостепи Западной Сибири в 1986 г. Цель исследований – установить закономерности изменения почвенной биоты при длительном применении ресурсосберегающих обработок, их количественные характеристики, а также возможные неблагоприятные изменения биологических (экологических) свойств лугово-черноземной почвы. Микробное сообщество выполняет функцию поддержания гомеостаза почв, поэтому быстро реагирует на изменения в среде обитания. Установлено, что численность определяемых групп микроорганизмов в пахотном слое лугово-черноземной почвы под ячменем в плодосменном севообороте составляла (158-208)·x 10E6 КОЕ/г почвы при различных обработках, включая ресурсосберегающую. Применение комплексной химизации стимулировало рост численности нитрифицирующих, фосфатмобилизующих бактерий, олигонитрофилов, целлюлозоразрушающих и почвенных грибов в вариантах с комбинированной обработкой. На интенсивном фоне наибольшая общая численность микроорганизмов (208·x 10E6 КОЕ/г) была в варианте с комбинированной обработкой. Применение комплексной химизации под ячменем на фоне отвальной и минимально-нулевой обработок почвы не оказало достоверного влияния на численность микрофлоры. Изменения под влиянием изучаемых факторов были в пределах ошибки определения. Лишь в некоторых вариантах наблюдалась тенденция к увеличению отдельных групп микроорганизмов. При рациональной (комбинированной) технологии возделывания культур в севообороте отмечена стимуляция роста численности почвенных микроорганизмов. В условиях применения средств интенсификации угнетения численности агрономически важных групп микроорганизмов не выявлено, что свидетельствует о стабильной экологической ситуации в агрофитоценозе.

The studies were carried out in a long-term (laid down in 1986) stationary crop rotation of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution "Omsk Agrarian Scientific Center" situated in the southern forest-steppe of Western Siberia. The purpose of the research is to establish the regularities of changes in soil biota during long-term use of resource-saving treatments, their quantitative characteristics, as well as possible adverse changes in the biological (ecological) properties of meadow chernozem soil. In assessing the fertility and ecological state of soils, agrobiological methods based on the determination of the number of soil microflora and the resistance of the microbocenosis to anthropogenic influences are of great importance. The microbial community performs the function of maintaining soil homeostasis, therefore it quickly responds to changes in the habitat. It was found that the number of agronomically important groups of soil microorganisms in the arable layer of meadow chernozem soil under barley in the crop rotation was 158-208 x10E6 CFU/g of soil. The use of complex chemicalization stimulated an increase in the number of nitrifying, phosphate-mobilizing bacteria, oligonirofiles, cellulose-destroying and soil fungi in variants with combined treatment. Against an intense background, the largest total number of microorganisms, 208 x 10E6 CFU/g was in the variant with combined treatment. The use of complex chemicalization under barley against the background of moldboard and minimum-zero tillage did not have a significant effect on the amount of microflora, the changes influenced of the factors studied were within the experimental error. Only in some variants there is a tendency towards an increase in certain groups of microorganisms. When using the means of intensifying, the suppression of the number of agronomically important groups of microorganisms, it was not revealed, which indicates a stable ecological situation in the agrophytocenosis.
