The optimal medium composition and cultural condition for Bacillus sp. NTU-900 to produce - amylase can be devided to solid culture and submerged culture Bacillus sp. NTU-900 can produce - amylase not only in solid culture but also in submerged culture. Bacillus sp. NTU-900 can produce - amylase not only in solid culture but also in submerged culture. Solid culture can produce - amylase activity more than that of submerged culture.
