Basis fuer die vorliegende Interpretation der Analysenwerte aus der Weizenernte 1985 - es wurden insgesamt 2 239 repraesentative Proben aus der Besonderen Ernteermittlung untersucht - ist die Qualitaet der Ernteproben. Trotz des teilweise unguenstigen Witterungsverlaufs, der besonders im Mai/Juni die Pflanzenentwicklung hemmte, kann auf ein sehr gutes qualitatives Ergebnis hingewiesen werden. Mit einer Eiweissmenge von 12,3% und einem Sedimentationswert von 31 ist im Bundesdurchschnitt ein mit dem Vorjahr fast identisches Qualitaetsniveau der Proteinkomponente ermittelt worden.
