The cultivar responded favorably to higher levels of chicken manure. Among the levels of chicken manure, 9 tons per hectare gave the most favorable effect. This increased the grain yield by 33 cavans over the control plots. Increasing chicken manure levels significantly increased plant height and number of productive tillers
