Perloline occurrence in fodder grass green matter of some cultivars and breeding lines of the genera Lolium and Festuca

Twenty three cultivars of Lolium and Festuca fodder grasses were studied for the contents of alkaloid - perloline. It has been revealed that this alkaloid content in grasses under study was generally low, not exceeding 30 mg/100 g of d.m.
