The effect of age and of alkaline ribonuclease polymorphism on the alkaline phosphatase activity in granulocytes (FAG) of 86 healthy animals from several herds of Black-and-White cattle was investig1399ated. A highly significant effect of age and environment on the FAG activities was found. Effect of alkaline ribonuclease polymorphism on the FAG activity was statistically significant. The average FAG activity in RNA-aseB/RNA-aseB homozygotes was somewhat higher than in other genot
