Influence of Dimilin 25 WP on the fertility of females and the survival of imagines of the large pine weevil [Hylobius abietis and Strophosoma capitatum]

The females of Hylobius abietis and Strophosoma capitatum and the food were treated with preparation Dimilin 25 WP. The results proved that Dimilin 25 WP, applied in normal dosage 300 g/50 l of water, did not increase the mortality of H. abietis and did not reduce the number of progeny of the both species. Some decrease of egg survival, observed after treatment of females of S. capitatum with Dimilin 25 WP, requires separate studies
