Study of the possibility of using industrial wood trash for production of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus Jack. et Fr. Kummer)

Sawdust of hard and soft deciduous trees can be used as a basic substrate for oyster mushroom production. Addition of bark to the sawdust requires addition of CaCO3 and gypsum to the mixed substrate. The oyster mushroom developmental cycle with the first fructification in the sawdust substrate is 40 days.
