A chemical-physical characterization was carried out on underground first stratum waters in two valley areas of Trentino with high-density agriculture. The main components of water contained in fifty wells were analized and sometimes followed in time, giving particular attention to some potential agricultural pollutants, like nitrates and phosphorus. Water quality in relation to the different uses was also discussed
