On the content of arsenic, lead, copper, zinc, tin and iron in bottled fruit, strained fruit pulp and bottled jam produced in Poland

German. In 153 Proben von in Glasdosen verpackten Kompotten, Fruchtpuerees und Marmeladen wurde der Schwermetallgehalt bestimmt. Alle Arsenkonzentrationen waren unter dem Grenzwert von 0,04 mg/kg. Der Pb-Gehalt war in Kompotten immer unter 0,2 mg/kg, in den Fruchtpuereeproben und Marmeladen unter 0,3 mg/kg. 98 Prozent der Kompotte enthielten weniger als 3 mg/kg Kupfer, 98 Prozent weniger als5 mg/kg Zink und 97 Prozent weniger als 10 mg/kg Eisen. Alle Fruchtpuereeproben enthielten unter 2 mg/kg Kupfer und weniger als 5 mg/kg Zink, 41 Prozent weniger als 20 mg/kg Eisen. In allen Marmeladen wurde unter 2 mg/kg Kupfer und weniger als 5 mg/kg Zink festgestellt; 96 Prozent der Proben enthielten weniger als 20 mg/kg Eisen.
