German. In unmittelbarer Naehe ( 10 m) von Strassen mit hohem Verkehrsaufkommen konnten erhoehte Gehalte an Pb, Cd, Cu und Zn, jedoch keine Ni- oder Cr-Anreicherungen festgestellt werden. Toxikologisch relevant war die Erhoehung des Pb- und Zn-Gehaltes. In 1 m Entfernung von Autobahnen bzw. Fernverkehrsstrassen wurden in 37 bzw. 32% der Proben (Autobahnmittelstreifen 51%) Ueberschreitungen des Pb-Bodengrenzwertes festgestellt, fuer Zn lagen die Werte bei 27, 11 bzw. 21%.
