Copper and iron content in wines

English. Atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used for copper and iron determination in 27 wine samples obtained from Croatian market. Values of 0.13-0.77 and 1.54-5.88 mg/l were found for copper and iron, respectively. All samples were also analyzed for rH (2.99-3.75) and pH (16.14-19.37) values. The quantitative relation between redox-potential, as a dependent, and copper and iron content as two independent variables was expressed in a form of multiple regression method. The efficiency of calculated equation was 99.63%

L'esame di 27 campioni di vino ha mostrato un contenuto in rame da 0.13 a 0.77 mg/l e ferro da 1.54 a 5.88 mg/l. Nei vini sono stati determinati anche i valori di pH (2.99-3.75) e rH (16.14-19.37). Con la correlazione fra potere riducente, come una variabile dipendente, e contenuto in rame e ferro, le due variabili indipendenti, e' determinata una dipendenza quantitativa, evidenziata con il modo di polinomio di regressione. L'efficacia dell'equazione corrisponde al 99.63%
