Importance of prevention in the environmental and landscape changes of territories interested by forest fires. A method of evaluation of igneous impacts tendency

English. Fire effects on the vegetation and the modifications on forest landscape structure are influenced by igneous regime of forest fires and vegetation of the region. The evaluation of the consequences by means of "dangerous factors of vegetation-fires" and "igneous-pressure of vegetation fires" costitute an important instrument for prevention and environmental planning of territories and landscapes of vast zones. It is possible to evaluate the environmental changes caused by igneous regime of fires and burned wooded and unwooded surfaces by means of suitable methodologies carried out for the protection and conversation of forest environment and nature. The 95 Italian provinces are the subject of the present work. In relation to the prefixed time interval, fire impacts in the different provincial territories are examined. In this paper the forest fire in a fixed time period has been characterized by means of specific methodologies amd suitable thematic maps. The provincial "dangerous and pressure of forest fires and the relative thematic maps" are effective instruments for environmental planning and forest fires defence of landscape. Forest management should widely be carried out in different fire vulnerable zones and by means of ecological, land use and resources protection planning

Italian. Gli effetti del fuoco sulla vegetazione e le modifiche sulla struttura del paesaggio forestale sono influenzati dal regime ignico degli incendi forestali e della vegetazione di una regione. La valutazione delle conseguenze mediante i "fattori di pericolosita degli incendi della vegetazione" e la "pressione ignica degli incendi della vegetazione" costituisce un importante strumento di prevenzione e di pianificazione ambientale dei territori e del paesaggio di vaste zone. E possibile valutare le trasformazioni ambientali causate dal regime ignico degli incendi e delle superficie percorse dal fuoco boscate e non boscate mediante metodologie idonee mirate alla tutela ed alla conservazione del patrimonio forestale e della natura. Le 95 province italiane sono oggetto del presente lavoro. In relazione ad un prefissato intervallo temporale, sono stati esaminati i differenti territori provinciali delle 20 regioni italiane. In questa ricerca, rispetto a determinate scansioni temporali, sono stati esaminati l'andamento di diversi parametri della complessa fenomenologia degli incendi forestali riferiti ai territori provinciali mediante specifiche metodologie e relative carte tematiche
