Post-graduate studies at the University of Manitoba, Canada [Brassica napus identification]
1993
Mailer, R.J. (New South Wales Agriculture, Wagga Wagga (Australia))
Gives details of projects undertaken in Canada to define methods to identify and discriminate between cultivars of oilseed rape. Two methods of cultivar identification were undertaken, Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromotography (RP-HPLC) and Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD), both of which have potential to characterise rapeseed cultivars. Includes copies of papers published as a result of the author's investigations.
