German. Zum 1.1.1995 soll das Gesetz zur Alterssicherung der Landwirte (GAL) grundlegend reformiert werden. Wesentliche Neuerungen sind die eigenstaendige Sicherung der Baeuerinnen, die Neugestaltung des Beitragszuschusses zur Alterssicherung und der langfristige Ausschluss der Nebenerwerbslandwirte. Neben dem Vorstellen der wichtigsten Neuregelungen werden im Beitrag die unterschiedlichen Ansichten und Absichten zu dem verbesserungswuerdigen Reformprojekt diskutiert.
