Toxic trace elements. Levels and relations among seven elements in fishery products of Pescara (Adriatic Sea) [Abruzzi]

English. The results relate to the content of seven elements (Hg, Se, As, Pb, Cd, Zn and Cu) determined by AAS, of samples homogeneous as regards species, size and place of origin. Many different species of fish products have been examined. In some previous works we have considered the behaviour of lead, mercury and selenium in the same set of samples. Now we can present some aspects of the relations by elements as compared with the different classes of products in the fishing station of Pescara (Adriatic Sea). On the whole, element content in the samples examined is far from values which could be considered harmful for the consumers. The hight content of As in some samples is to be considered in the less toxic organic form

Vengono presentati i risultati analitici relativi a sette elementi tossici in tracce (Hg, Se, As, Pb, Cd, Zn e Cu), determinati con SAA, di campioni omogenei per specie, taglia e provenienza. Le specie considerate risultano particolarmente numerose. Gli stessi campioni erano gia' stati valutati in precedenti lavori per il loro contenuto di Hg, Se e Pb. Vengono ora presentati i rapporti di correlazione tra elementi nelle varie classi di prodotti e nelle diverse zone di pesca della stazione di Pescara. I tenori osservati per i vari elementi presi in esame non sono in nessun caso da ritenersi pericolosi per la salute del consumatore. L'elevato tenore di As che talvolta si osserva e' da ritenersi dovuto alla forma organica che risulta meno tossica
