Mathematical modelling of infiltration and redistribution of water in the soil

Soil water distribution lines during infiltration redistribution of the irrigation water have been calculated by the water transport mathematical simulation model in the soil-plant-atmosphere system. They have been compared with measured moisture profiles in the medium carbonate soil. The correspondence between calculated and measured data has been reached taking into consideration necessary simplifications. It is assumed that the water transport mathematical modelling can be successfully used for irrigation.
