The insufficiency of financial capital, which is needed for the investment and modernization of the restructuring economy, is evident more in agriculture than in the other branches. The value of the pledge offered by the farmes to the bank as guarantee for the bank credits is very low. Real estate mortgage is one of the tools of financial market, making the access to finance easier.
