In studies of isogenic lines resistance to brown rust pathogen the method of SDS PAAG electrophoresis has been used. The linkage between the protein components and the resistance of isogenic lines has been revealed. It is suggested that the isolated protein components can be used for the assessment of wheat plants resistance to brown rust pathogen
