[Adsorbent "Flotosorb-1" for clarification and stabilization of grape beverages]

The adsorbent for clarifying and stabilization of grape beverages is proposed. It contains hydrophilic silica and water as well as hydrophobic silica, including chemosorbic dimethyloxan, at the following ratio of components, mass %: hydrophilic silica -10-30; hydrophobic silica, including chemosorbic dimethyloxan - 1-10; water - the rest. The adsorbent allows to speed up the process of clarifying 8-10 times, to improve the indices of quality of grape juices and wines. In addition it gives raise in output of the clarified part of juices and wines by 85-95 %
