[Influence of economic conditions on the choice of distillation process parameters]

The mathematical equations are proposed which make it possible to determine the most economically optimal losses of ethanol together with distillery dregs and to reduce consumption of heating steam in beer stills. Wort distillation at optimal parameters reduces financial expenses for this process up to 20 %
