Influence of some products on the fermentation, quality of grapes and wines in case of low pulverisation of vines against oidium

During 1979/1983 in the Vine and Wine Institute in Pleven some experiments on the influence of 22 pesticides and pesticide combinations on the fermentation, mechanical and physicochemical content and organoleptic qualities of the wines were carried out. The vines are Cabernet sauvignon, Merlot, Bouquet and Rkatsitely, plant in wide rows, with "Umbrella" formation. The treatment with examined preparations was made with small drops with spending a working liquid from 15 to 30 l/dka. Two variants were made with 60-80 l/dka for comparison. It was established that in all varieties the fermentation went normally and to the end. The investigated pesticides do not influence bad on the mechanical content of the grapes.
