The thesis is dedicated to the partial problems of the resulting costs calculation in sheep rearing. The object of solution is evaluation of intermediate production, quantification of capital debasing (namely of the main sheep herd) and especially making use of the method of equivalent numbers in calculating product costs. The total costs for main products of the main herd can be divided into individual products by the method of equivalent numbers. These issue from the objective consumption of sheep milk 5.1 kg per 1 kg liveweight of lambs up to weaning and 4.5 kg per 1 kg of sheep lump cheese.
