Development of land market before EU accession of the Czech Republic

Research made in Czech Republic in 1992-1995 consists in identification and classification of the main factors (economic, social, demographic, psychological, natural and local) affecting demand and supply of the present farm land market and shows the possibilities of future development from the European point of view. The present land market is characterized mainly by low demand for land for farm production. It can be supposed that the market may be partially increased by the sale of larger amount of state land. The farm land market development depends on future accepted version of agrarian policy.
