English. "Plans for Development and Maintenance" are currently being worked out in 7 large conservation areas in Brandenburg (four nature parcs, two biosphere reserves and one national parc). They are technical plans for nature conservation, but should at the same time provide land users and authorities with a stable framework for planning. Biotope mappings carried out in the framework of the Plans for Development and Maintenance as well as proposals for future use can serve as important starting points for the conservation of genetic resources in the respective areas. Sie sind Fachplaene des Naturschutzes und sollen gleichzeitig die Planungsicherheit fuer Nutzer und Behoerden sicherstellen. Die im Rahmen der Pflege- und Entwicklungsplaene durchgefuehrten Biotopkartierungen und Grundlagenerhebungen sowie die Vorschlaege zur kuenftigen Nutzung koennen als wichtige Ausgangspunkte zur Sicherung der genetischen Ressourcen in diesen Gebieten dienen.
