Dimension of changes on managing posts in the primary production enterprises and its relation to improvement of managing abilities of present managers

Based on detailed analysis in one district (result validity 95 % for the whole Slovak Republic), it was found out that after 1990 there occurred a change of function positions bearers of 5 function positions (chairman-director, chief economist, chief agronomist, chief livestock production technician and cheif engineer) in average on the level of 60 %, from that in the position of chairman-director on the level of 69 % and in the position of economist even on the level of 80 %. This range of change, as well as the fundamental change of demands for successfulness in the managing function, require to develop an appropriate system of the present manager education.
