Limits of price growth of the agricultural production

The contribution deals on the example of milk market, with the relationships among prices, supply and demand. It quantifies, using different variants of price levels (present domestic prices of milk, import prices, world prices), Czech producer prices, their impact on supply, domestic demand and the creation of export surplus. Also the impacts of price changes on the level of producer incomes and on the additional expenses of consumers and tax-payers are expressed. In this connection, there are also confronted the respective computed parameters with the obligations of CR towards WTO (quantity and value limits for subsidized export of milk products).
