The aim of this paper was to investigate effect of polyenzyme preparations Polizym (alpha-amylase, beta-glycanase, n-protease, cellulase, and beta-glycosidase) and Polizym-BX (alpha-amylase, beta-glycanase, n-protease, and xylanase) on fattening and slaughtering lamb quality. Average daily gains in experimental group fed by addition of polyenzyme preparations were statistically very significant, higher by 4.97, i.e. 8.83 % relative to lambs of the control groups. Feed mixture conversion was better and meadow hay conversion, consumption of feed mixtures and meadow hay increased with experimental groups of lambs. Lambs of the experimental groups significantly differed concerning most of slaughtering properties relative to the lambs of the control groups.
