The purpose of the workshop was to consult and discuss with the provincial agricultural directors, the department chiefs and sinor staff of MAFF and extension services in Cambodia. The participants recommended what action should be taken to follow up the suggestion. For example the extension training should provide to the graduat students the wright attitudes, knowlege and skills seeking to become the good extension workers in the future
