Adhira-IV variety of Cassava (Manihot esculenta) was grown on red-yellow podzolic soil at Batu Mulia village, Tanah Laut regency, South Kalimantan province from November, 1988 to August, 1989. The purpose of the experiment was to evaluate the effect of lime and rock-phosphate fertilizer application on yield of cassava. The experiment used a split plot design with three replications. Liming used as main plots at the rate of 0, 1.000 and 2.000 kgs CaO/ha. The subplots were : 30, 60 and 90 kgs P2O5/ha by using rock-phosphate. One cassava stick per hill was maintained at 80 x 100 cm spacing in 6 x 8 m plot size. The results showed that lime, rock-phosphate and its combinations were high significantly effect on yield of cassava
