Hydrogeological investigations on the upper part of Skawa river basin of the area 28 square km, revealed 173 springs dewatering mostly the eluvium. In rare cases the springs dewater other measures (series). The springs situated at 650-750 m altitude are mostly descending, at water discharge from 0.6 to 2.0 cubic dm/min and according to the Meinzers' classification they may be reckoned to 6th, 7th and 8th classes
