This guide is intended to be "how to" manual for the benefit of grassroot extension services and farmers. Its aim is to provide some isight into the Sesbania improved fallow technology for extension, training and education staff who have background and experience in agriculture and forestry. It first starts by explaining the concept and practice of the improvved Sesbania sesban fallow technology and highlights its benefits and limitations. Then it focuses on the more practical aspects of the technology as currently being promoted in eastern Zambia.
