Dawidowski, J.B. | Blazejczak, D. (Akademia Rolnicza, Szczecin (Poland))
In this paper the results of the preliminary studies of the influence of the penetration velocity on the precompaction stress value were presented. It was shown that this influence was statistically significant. That means that speed effects can not be were neglected in studies on soil precompaction stress. It was also found that the speed effects are dependent on soil density. Therefore one can also expect that other soil properties, among them water content and soil type, will have impact on these relationships
