English. A comparison among different modalities of DNA extraction was carried out. The genomic DNA obtained was amplified by arbitrary primers. Best results were obtained using zymolyase or lysing enzyme with 0.9 M sorbitol, 0.1 M EDTA, pH 7.5, even if an interaction between primers and DNA extraction procedures could affect the RAPD profile

I migliori risultati sono stati ottenuti utilizzando zimolasi o enzima lisante con sorbitolo 0.9 M ed EDTA 0.1 M, a pH 7.5, anche se un'interazione fra primer e procedure di estrazione del DNA potrebbe influenzare il profilo RAPD]
